Just some information as I have seen "Overland-Tandberg":
Overland-Tandberg is currently bankrupt. No service, support, repair exchange etc.
So pray that your devices do not die at the moment.Stuck with a dead tape robot until the situation clarified. I hope there will be some repair, as my robot is actually still in warranty...

Tiny bit of additional information here -- I just learnt that actidata https://www.actidata.com/index.php/en-gb/ is not averse to help with Tandberg products. Limited possibilities, probably Europe only, and definitely not as part of any original vendor support or even warranty, but at least you may find that you can develop options.I have never been in contact with that company.
