OK Gina, I saw your screenshot. Based on that I saw thay there are no file records for the backup in question. The file records were probably purged from the database because of the file retention period specified. The actual files on the volume where they are stored should still be able to restore, but you must restore all the files in the backup.
Please try going ahead with the restore, without specifying any specific files to restore. Please remember that backups from windows clients can usually only be restored to another windows client because of the VSS writer system that windows uses.
