I want to test the new Ransomware Detection and started to follow the YT
videos ..
On my local test server (Debian-13) I have all on one host: dir, sd, fd,
nginx, bacularis .. backups work fine with one additional client (my
laptop).
And I thought I have the API-host also installed and working on that
server ... under Deployment-Hosts it is shown as "Main" with http and
its LAN IP.
API Panel in Bacularis works also.
But if I press Install it doesn't "detect" that Catalog and Client are
already there etc
(and why I got here: the restore test job also fails, because it seems
not to be able to correctly contact the API host)
How do I get this straight to start clean?
I look at the files in /etc/bacularis .. but don' quite get it ;-)
My wish: run the restore verification jobs on that one box also.
