of a Congressional campaign that (I am sure) takes all of your time and

Well put, Michael! I appreciate any and all support, however much or
little you can afford (or can't afford, but are willing) to give. I
(modestly :) believe that mine is one of the best Liberty-friendly
campaigns to support this year. Libertarian ideas are doing well in my
area these days. (As I said in my previous message, we have one elected
Libertarian county commissioner in Tennessee already, plus a city
commissioner in Collegedale, which is part of Hamilton County, plus a
county executive just over the state line in Dade County, Georgia, who
was elected in a three-way partisan race.)
In this election, we have the chance to make a real difference ... with
the right level of support, we can compete against an entrenched major
party opponent on virtually even terms and actually have a chance to
win. At the very least, we can make the establishment power structure
candidate scrap and claw to try to retain a county commission seat that
is supposed to be gerrymandered "safe" for the GOP. That is a far cry
from four years ago when the same candidate ran unopposed for re-election.
It's a new day for the voters in Hamilton County, Tennessee, and those
of us who stand for individual freedom, personal responsibility, and
