Is it a mail? Is it a wave? Yes, but its google wave! So it is
a tsunami, I guess. Wonder what it will sweep away when it rolls.
It might be twitter and email in general, because google wave
combines the two. But it also attacks the Microsoft products
sharepoint, exchange and - not to forget - silverlight, as it
uses HTML 5 heavily. It will be a battle of giants and it will
make the browser wars of the 90s look like a kindergarten play.
And google will have to be the good guy (see "why karma matters"
below).
September 30 google will start a wave field test for
selected 100.000 users on wave.google.com.
So - gentlemen, start your engines. May the best win.
