You do not think that most conservative Christians believe that the Gospel is final? Very, very few. Those that do, such as the Irvingites (the Catholic Apostolic Church and the New Apostolic Church), stress that these "prophets" have no authority over the Bible. And again, you have not demonstrated any similarity between how a "prophetes" is regarded by the few denominations and sects which accept them today (or even the statements by some NT writers) and the "ambiyaa," as understood by Muslims (or discussed in the Qur'an).
