system is about rehabilitation and compassion, I wonder where they’ve
been living.� Bah�’u’ll�h states that justice rests on the twin
pillars of punishment and reward.� Our system has left half of that equation
out, and it is further corrupted by racism and classism.� Clemenceau observed, “Military
justice is to Justice as military music is to Music.”� Unfortunately, the
