Well, you know since the death sentence is itself communtable to imprisonment, I would assume that it is communtable to a less horrific death sentence. If it can be lowered to life imprisonment - then it can be lowered to death by lethal injection - my opinion of course, but I bet that a Baha`i' Government would be a government willing to consult with the UHJ on the issue.
