Yes, in the sense that, from a sociological standpoint, moral codes can only be evaluated with reference to particular cultures or subcultures. From a Baha'i standpoint (my own), I would say that moral codes can, **in addition**, be evaluated based on the extent to which they express spiritual virtues revealed by a particular Prophet in HIs religion.
