Any Muslim who fails to speak out against this, IMV shares in some of the
responsibility for their religion being perverted in this way.
Yes, any human being who fails to speak out against any evil, whether done by "their people" or not, shares some of the responsiblity. Whether Muslim, or Bahai, or Jew, or Christian, or Buddhist or whatever.
