other than that, it actually almost never comes up. at least in my experience.
I, on the other hand, in thirty years of Baha`i Life have run across more than 20 people who "self=identified" as Baha`i, but were "undeclared". Of those TWO turned out to be covenant breakers of the Las Vegas, New Mexico variety. Of the 18 or more who self-identified, there were fifteen declarations. When I met my first undeclared Baha`i, I started keeping notes on the phenomenon.
