I thought Prema's post was certainly informative as to why "moderation" 
in drinking alcohol is no standard at all. However (and someone else can 
do the research!), I have long understood that "non-alcoholic" wine and 
beer AREN'T. They are simply sufficiently reduced in alcohol content as 
to avoid being labeled as regular beer or wine. One should be able to 
read labels (at least, in the U.S.) to see if it contains alcohol, I think.
