It could potentially be the case that 6 members on an Assembly disagreed with
an Assembly decision. This would happen if a decision were carried by a
majority of 3 when 5 members were present and the four who were absent would
not have agreed. My question is, are those who weren't present and disagreed
to try and change the decision by a re-vote when they are there, or are they to
be silent, using the reasoning of obedience to the Assembly even if one
disagrees with it?
