...although i personally have a different sense about compatible,
and would probably say "the only thing that is is the Text and Guidance, and
potential to exist either aligns or decays".

is the self-subversion of any other measure requisite?? imho yes.
i do again hear a definitional issue, which imho has plagued much discussion on
this thread, and others elsewhere.

i would offer that those are not social laws.
i would offer that thinking they can be produces its own self-subversion, and
this is >>inherent<< in the System--
that when governance defines itself as being able to think, write, or enforce
such laws, the mechanism of disease will manifest and subvert the governance
into extinction.
the example, handy, is pharoah stating that he arbitrarily could have bricks
occur without straw, and those not obeying would perish.
but then...according to Moses, God had told pharoah to try such experiments of
reality testing of his memes.
i would offer that "social law" always derives from agreed upon definitions of
words. i am fond of saying that being told i am not free to buy and sell other
human beings means i am not free. this constraint is not "natural" but rather
an agreement upon a new definition of "free" that makes it relative to the
perceived well-being of others. mechanisms that make such realities
discoverable are then "necessities" to growth.
having sufficiently self-subverted will they extinct? yes--as soon as a social
contract stops honouring their value.
to move to that situation requires a health producing alternative, manifest,
provable and testable in the field.
and that gets us...lol..right back to aDj. the world will listen to derrida
until how we act out of "love of His Beauty" is provably of more value.
