Baha'u'llah uses a standard 19th century literary Arabic, which is not different from one region to another. There is a certain terminology that one must learn, by putting the texts translated by Shoghi Effendi alongside the Arabic original, so that you can relate what you read to the terms and concepts that you are familiar with in the Writings in English.
