Dear Firiouz, The point in avoiding the children of Covenant breakers is that they have likely acquired their parent's hostility towards the Faith. If they are unaware that their grandparents were even Baha'i that likely did not happen. And if they don't know their ancestors were once Baha'is we would not likely know they descend from Covenant breakers, so the issue of shunning would never arise.
