The Baha'i Studies Listserv I have never seen an English translation of the Kitab-i-Ahd, other than at the website of that other House of Justice.

I should add that were there any credibility to the charge that the Will and Testament was forged, Muhammad Ali would have challenged it in court for the simple reason that in the absence of a Will he would have become heir to the leadership of the Baha'i Community as per the Kitab-i Ahd.
