Tha'ts not sexist, unless the genders actually were qualifed in reverse. You 
gave no info in your hypothetical about their abilities. I always tend to be 
meritocratic in my judgments. Also, how big is the fort? Are there any weapons 
other than spears? Genders assumptions tend to be true in rule of thumb ways. 
Culture can influence biology in that you are born with your genes, but your 
choices in life activates as well as deactives alot of your genes throughout 
your life time.

LOL. You are talking to someone whose father was a cook! He served in
the military during the Korean War. They had him guarding the border
at San Diego against wetbacks. He wouldn't load his gun, though
because he wasn't about to shoot someone looking for a job. Much
better you give the spear to my cousin. She is a great hunter.
