Bailey's group (actually several groups that she started) broke away 
from the Theosophical movement after HPB died. There were numerous 
splinters. Some continued using the name "Theosophy." Others, including 
Bailey's Arcane School and Steiner's Anthroposophy, came up with new names.

Mostly from /Esoteric Astrology/ and /White Magic/.

The book may be online now. I purchased the book from Muhammad Hussein 
(Maitreya) in the pre-Internet days.
