He has been a presenter at ABS conferences. The journal is called "Studies in Baha'i Philosophy." Dr. Sergeev is an Adjunct Professor of Liberal Arts at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia,

Bloch is, of course, Ernst Bloch, the renegade Marxist philosopher whose work inspired the entire 'theology of hope' movement in the Christian world, e.g. Moltmann's "Theology of Hope" and its multitudinous off-spring. This a very exciting adventure and (so far as I know) a first in the Baha'i world.
