The Baha'i Studies Listserv Peace, I think the same question can be posed about Christian, Jewish, Secular, right-wing, left-wing extremism inside the U.S. and other countries. The truth is that Islamic extremism is not that much of a threat in the U.S. or other Western countries, nor does Islam have a "unique" tendency toward "violence."
