I also have a kind of Biblical question. If all the references to Paraclete, Spirit of Truth, Comforter, and so forth refer to future Manifestations of God (primarilty Muhammad and Baha'u'lah) then why are the Gospels so silent about Pentecost. It seems like a major event in Christian history. Why didn't Jesus talk about it more?
I'm not sure why He would need to. What else would you expect Him to have said, apart from the bit in Luke? I don't think it would matter much if Jesus had never referred to it at all. But I suppose it was connected to the instruction to remain in Jerusalem, which is where the Holy Spirit was poured out.
