In the Bosch School Library there is a photo album, with photos identified in white ink, apparently prepared by Honor Kempton about her first days in Alaska. I saw it there years ago. I assumed that it had been prepared as a copy, one of many perhaps, shared with others. I don't recall any provenance -- any chain of history as to how it got there. Jean Somerhalder Williams lives next door to the Bosch School and inasmuch as she was an early librarian of the School she might know. There are some items in the library handed down from Milly Collins, after whom the library was first named. There are also several original Mishkin-Qalam calligraphies in the library. They were recently framed properly, courtesy of Derek and Sima Cockshut. I heard, but again know of no documentation to back this up, that they were given to Thornton Chase when he went on Pilgrimage. I wanted to pass this along in case there are materials at Bosch that aren't in the Alaska archives. By the way, for those of you who visit Bosch, in the yogurt shoppe / bookstore, there is a painting of Abdu'l-Baha. It is not just another painting of the Master. It is probably the only extant painting not in the International Archives of the Master which was painted from life. It was done by a non-Baha'i painter in Washington DC in 1912. So, appreciate it when you have the opportunity to see it. There is an article about it in Star of the West.
