Ultimately the move to scrap normal unleaded petrol and highspeed diesel is
that the govt has stopped giving subsidies to private oil companies. Since
they cannot sell normal petrol and diesel at rates higher than a nearby
bunk, they've completely done away with. The premium fuels are at their
choice to choose the pricing..  AFAIK
