Hmm, i guess this answer kinda proves BAL isnt quite ready for the world
stage yet. Tho I doubt its as straighfwd as that.
How abt at 20% lesser than the Ninja ? As a more compelling package overall,
not a head-on competing product ?

BAL's +/- (for this hypothetical launch) vs the Ninja
+ 20% lower costs
+ repairable/serviceable across more of the country (the Kwackers will have
fewer places to go to)
[ tho this is not even true for Avengers :( not even across Blore ]
+ more displacement, possibly power
- refinement!!!!
- power/weight ratio so maybe top whack and the like. (beyond 130, are these
mere theoretical limits for street riding?)
- durability/components. A 5 year old Bajaj may not compare at all to a 5
year old Kawa.
- resale value
- bragging rights

someday, someplace, BAL will hv to do this swot against the biggies.

rgds,
sameer
