May I add something here? Service issues relating to knowledge. I had 3 radically different opinions for one issue - vibes over 80kmph on P180. One involved full day's job- guy told me that he has to check everything from the clutch plate to replacing the bushes. IIRC it is VST Auto @ Mysore(dont remember the name exactly). Then at Amba Bajaj (HSR), I was told that "it is regular thing to expect from 180. Just keep riding" - this when my fingers, legs and butt were going numb due to the vibes.
Finally the solution at Auto Service - they told me that they'd tightened all the nuts and bolts etc., holding the engine/chassis - and Voila! No vibes. Or consider this in Amba Bajaj - "We need to remove Headlight assembly to refocus the beam", after, I was pointing out the headlight adjust nut.
