Nav could you elaborate this a little more? It helps in better understanding of things around us & plan some counter strategies for the same :D Venkat Shyam Sent from BlackBerry® on Airtel -----Original Message----- From: "Navendu Singh" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Wed, 16 Jan 2008 09:11:42 To:[email protected] Subject: Re: [bajajpulsar] Blasphemy at the expo On 1/13/08, Rookie <bajaj.pulsar@ <mailto:bajaj.pulsar%40gmail.com> gmail.com> wrote: > > But I saw a pic in TOI that was sheer sign of the stupidity of Yamaha > India people who are managing the expo. Most of the people were oogling right next to R1 and R15, not much in comparison next to MT01 either. But then if model alone would have attracted crowd then the new Gladiators section woudn't feel out of place ;-) I think, I know why there was huge crowd at R1 and R15, it was because of the active particapation of the models, giving different poses for the camera, + the "cool" looking bikes (after all they got the "fairing"). Remove some of the bikes I got to see, rest of auto expo was a big let down for me. Crowd behaviour confirmed that India is not ready for bike like R1, Busa, Ninja, etc unless the owner is gonna station a few bouncers next to bike when parked in open.
