Please let me know why it is more friction at turns? I have checked that the oil hose is in free movement and not strained/tight. Well there are two things which emerge from you words quoted above. The lines are contradicting each other. If I under synad things right, you feel that the front wheel is binding a bit when the handle bar is held straight, whilst the same is less when the handle is turned. Am I right? If yes, well this could be due to the free play on the disk pads & caliper. This might need a closer look. Please take professional help for the same. Btw: the self adjustment on Disk brakes happen due to the fact that the pads are in mild contact all the time with the disk. Hope this helps.
