well a lot of controversy is happenin between tvs n bajaj abt tvs flame bike, bajaj saying tvs has violated its dtsi patent......
As per my knowledge, honda made 1st dual sparkplug bikes in 1985 and had a 20 year patent till 2005, then bajaj came wit dual spark plugs for 150cc bikes/?/?/ tvs says the technology is preknown n pre-existant & bajaj has no novelty value for this patent.... wats ur opinion frnds.... discuss/ who do u think is right..... ---also mr honda, bring ur superbikes to india, c'mon---
