Venkat Guruji, I have Pulsar 180 DTSi (which is aprox. 4.5 year old bike and done 72000 Kms)
Last one month bike was getting stalled whenever I changed gear to first and leaving throttle. I have shown the bike to Reddy's garage, he said that there is some issue with carb and suggested to replace. As suggested by him, i ask him to replace the carb and got bike serviced. That time bike was working properly ( I thought the issue got resolved :) ) But next day whenI started the bike in morning, I found the starter is working and bike is getting started, but in few second it is dying. If rev the throttle Once the engine got warm the bike is idling on 1200 rpm. my brother used the bike for one more month and completed 1500km more.. Again spoke with Reddy for servicing the bike and the issue facing , he told me to visit the garage.. after servicing the bike all issues will get resolved. Last Saturday I had visited Reddy's garage and got the bike serviced. Fortunately that time he bike started working properly. Next day (Sunday) when I started the bike in morning again the similar issue. I have observed few things in last 1 month. When I start the bike in morning session. The self (starter) works properly Battery water is properly topped up (both horn are sound proper and starter is also working) If rev the throttle for few minute in morning, after 5 minutes bike is properly idling on 1200 rpm. If i change the gear and leave the throttle the bike is getting stalled.( even if the enginer is warm and in any gear) :(( Today I spoken to Janardan (Reddy's garage)about the issue. he said there might be some issue with spark plugs and need to replaced or engine need to decarb. I am not able to understand, what is issue with the bike:( after spending so mouch money still the issue is not resloved. Kindly suggest. Thanks and regards Vinod
