This happened to my new exide battery on my previous bike running normaly
headlights. It was battery problema so got it replaced in warranty. Just try
running without HID for some time.. maybe its battery trouble in your case.

For multimeter experiment go to Reddy's place. I guess he has a multimeter,
but check before leaving. Alternately you guys can experiment it during one
of your meets..
