Ok, here's what I did. Reached office, asked for the first aid kit.
Washed the knee wound with water first and then dabbed on some
undiluted dettol later.

Shoulder was not too painful till I decided to ride to Venkat's to
drop the bike. Took me a while to get a comfy position and then it
was fine.

Went to the doctor once I was home! Some small guy just near my
place. Went there for the first time. Got a TT shot on my request.
He asked if I need any painkillers.

Well I am a firm believer not to use any pain killer unless the pain
is unbearable or is hampering something you are doing. Neither was the
case, so why drug myself? So I said NO!

The shoulder pain is there only when I move my hand beyond comfort
zone. Like I find it hard to comb my hair or to stretch my right hand
to pick something :). But I doubt the pain is something drastic that
would require serious care (fracture or tear). Rubbed some ointment
last night and will do so today too. Will take advice only if the
pain doesn't subside!

Thanks once again!

Cheers,

Glifford.
