Mayank hi, Mine is P180 July 2006. Off late it started to create a swelling at the end of can. After several mails to BAL it was changed under warranty just after completing 2 yrs. But silencer has only 2yrs warranty. Now BAL has made some changes in the muffler assembly where glass wool was used earlier. Try for warranty & get it changed.
