Hi Dmitri,

Adding a faring to an air-cooled bike is not advisable, since it leads to
overheating, and hence a performance drop, and needless to say, also reduces
the life of the engine.

PS: the P200 just *might* be discontinued, looking at the new non FI P220.

Cheers,
Hrishikesh Deshpande

Subject: [bajajpulsar] fairings for pulsar 200

Dear friends,

With all the talk about p220 and so on, i gotta say, other than the fact that
in my country they have yet to import p220, my heart is still all for the p200
regardless.

One thing though, i'd like to add some fairings and have been browsing for
ideas, so far i seen CBR 600 fairings (but so expensive), kawasaki ninja
fairings (too wide and too fat imho) and satria FU fairings (not sure what it's
called else where but it's from Suzuki) which is so far is most probably choice
for me, i'm trying to avoid having it custom made cos it takes too much effort
and time (not to mention funds hehe).

Just wondering if any of you have any idea about other motorcycle fairings
which might look good on a p200.

thx before.
