But in India its a different story.R1 is costlier than civic bcoz R1 is imported and civic is made in india.So bcoz of import duties R1 gets costlier.You can compare this to the price of Fiat 500.Even though it is small than M.Suzuki 800 it costs 15 lacs. While on other hand in US & Europe its different. The demand of cars are more than bikes so bikes are more costly.You will get petrol USD 70 per barrel but you will get 10ml of medicine more costly.
