Being X largest doesn't make a damn difference when most of our fleet is comprising grandpa era migs which drop from skies like flies. We have lost more aircraft due to such "droppings" than in battles i think! Read in The Week mag a few months back that we are having the lowest number of squadrons of fighter planes currently because of shortage of fighter jets!
