If your bike is well maintained then you should expect anywhere
between 20 to 22k, max to max 25k. And I don't think there'd be any
exchange scheme available from Bajaj. If you'd be going to the
reseller guys, be sure they'll quote a ridiculous low price. Best
would be to find out someone in your circle or references for the
sale- you'll get a good price plus you'd be sure that your bike will
be taken care of.
