Hi All, My first ride on the Karizma since it was bought in the month of Feb this year. Had Alkesh for some great company and it was a memorable trip. Left Mumbai on Friday night at 1.30 and carried on riding taking ample breaks along the way. Caught high fever even before touching the destination, but alls well that ends well- an injection and a heap of medicines made sure that I enjoyed the stay there and was in a condition to ride back. Returned on Sunday night!
Was fun cruising on the ZMA- already being a relaxed machine, the M45 and the 220 chain-sprocket brought the revs even lower i.e. hits 100 at 5.5k rpm :) Our route and the distance: Mumbai-Pune-Satara-Kolhapur-Gaganbavda-Telere-Kankavli-Kasaal-Sindhudurg-Kasaal-Kankavli-Rajapur-Ratnagiri-Mahad-Mumbai: 1109 kms.
