My Red Pulsar 180 now crossed 80,000 and running strong.
Some of the things noticed:
Time for changing the clutch plate (its 2nd change if I remember correct)
There is some starting trouble, and the choke is not helping me, I think a 
service will solve the issue.
Engine and gearbox is as strong as before
There are some electrical loose contacts - headlamp wiring, ignition key etc.
The seats are still 100% intact

Overall I'm very satisfied.

Looking to upgrade to twin cylinder Pulsar 250!!! Bajaj, are you hearing?
