kalau gak salah sih ketiga lubang tsb berfungsi pada saat proses pembuatan cylinder head tsb di pabrik(untuk membentuk lubang saluran air/water jacket). Setelah cylinder head tsb terbentuk(jadi) maka ketiga lubang tersebut sudah tdk ada fungsinya lagi, makanya lubang tsb ditutup menggunakan plug(coin). Sebenarnya pada bbrp merk mobil lubang tersebut juga ada, tetapi ada yg ditutup menggunakan baut(seperti baut pembuangan oli transmisi) sehingga lebih kuat dan tidak akan bocor/berlubang. Lubang2 tersebut tidak hanya terdapat pada cyl head saja, tetapi juga terdapat di cylinder block(blok mesin) & intake manifold(carburettor). CMIIW yah..
