wah, kok ada yang susah ya.......... jadi bingung sebenarnya mo buat baru gak masalah sih pengennya buat sim melalui jalan yang benar tes teori dan praktek dll kaga pake nyogok persis kayak ngurus STNK yg sekarang gampang banget n ga disusahin
cuma denger2 pelayanan SIM masih tetap amburadul tes teori, klo kita isi benar semua, belum tentu lulus juga, entah cara nilainya bgmana krn buat tau nilai kita aja gak bisa, buat tau salahnya dimana jg ga bisa. gitu pun tes praktek, UUD......... So daripada nembak SIM Baru, klo mutasi SIM lebih gampang yaa mending mutasi ada yang punya pengalaman laen?
