Hasil rapat adalah:
1. Untuk sementara jumlah Mobil dari 13 Club diatas
yang didata untuk hadir di acara Peresmian Circuit A1 Karawaci adalah 300
Mobil sedangkan dari pihak Panitia (IMI) menyediakan total Quota untuk 550
mobil,
2. Untuk BCI kuota yang disediakan sementara ini adalah
20 mobil,
3. Daftar mobil dan peserta paling lambat masuk ke
Panitia pada 3 Februari 2009 dengan kondisi Fixed tidak boleh kurang sehingga
tidak ada kata Tentative, karena alokasi parkir yang akan disiapkan,
4. Untuk peserta yang akan membawa keluarga/teman maka dapat diinfokan
juga untuk mendapatkan EntryPass,
5. Acara Defile diperkirakan akan dilaksanakan siang
hari sekitar jam 14.00 dan akan dilakukan beberapa sesi,
6. Seluruh Club akan ditempatkan ditribune dan ada
kesempatan melihat acara balap GT Race dan acara-acara balap lainnya,
7. Jam masuk ke lokasi Parkir yang disediakan (Parkiran
UPH) jam 09.00 sd 10.00 pagi
8. Konsumsi di siapkan oleh masing-masing
Klub dan ini yang musti dibicarakan secara mendetail.

Thanks atas kepercayaan om Didin, tapi ada permasalahan nih yaitu
rapat-rapat FK3O yang biasanya dilaksanakan pada hari Kerja dimana ndak mungkin
saya bisa hadir om...karena Kantor saya di Propinsi Banten nih
Hehehehehe.....jadi saya perlu rekan BCI yang lain yang lokasinya di Jakarta
untuk hadir om.....gimana?
