Ane pernah lihat bis Pemprov DKI asepnya hitam sekali. Mana lulus uji emisinya? atau buat bis dan truk masih belum berlaku? Yang pasti semua bis yang diuji di DInas Perhubungan bisa dipastikan mayoritas tidak memenuhi standard keselamatan, kenyamanan, emisi, dsb.
