Ysh. Nyoman Bangsing dan Kawan-kawan anggota milis ini. Sekali lagi, teknologi internet telah membuat kita yang berdomisili berjauhan menjadi terasa dekat, bisa saling berkomunikasi dan bahkan bisa mengcreate program bersama-sama.
Asumsikan bahwa saya beserta teman-teman lain di LP3b dan LP3B sebagai sebuah LSM adalah fasilitator untuk program yang ingin diciptakan bersama di Buleleng ataupun di Bali. Kalau teman-teman ingin bikin sesuatu yang bermanfaat untuk Bali, ayo kita buat sama-sama sejauh itu sejalan tentu saja dengan visi LP3B Buleleng. Kami punya 3 visi yaitu: 1. Terwujudnya Alam dan lingkungan fisiknya serta adat dan budaya Buleleng yang tetap lestari dan mampu memberikan penghidupan yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat Buleleng. 2. Terwujudnya Masyarakat Buleleng yang demokratis dan toleran. 3. Terwujudnya LSM yang partisipatif dalam setiap kebijakan publik dan pembangunan Bali. Jadi kami mengharapkan sumbang saran teman-teman di milis ini untuk program-program kita ke depan. Perjuangan LP3B menolak PLTGU Pemaron adalah bagian dari memperjuangkan visi kita, yaitu lingkungan yang bersih dan lestari. Ada lagi satu program yang ingin kita wujudkan, yaitu seminar-seminar yang mendorong pada peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan untuk setiap kebijakan pemerintah daerah. Salah satu seminar yang akan direncanakan adalah seminar penanganan sampah dan spin-offnya untuk pembangkit listrik. Barangkali ada teman-teman di milis ini yang bersedia menjadi narasumber/pemrasaran dalam seminar ini ? Kami mengharapkan ada masukan-masukan berharga dari milis ini untuk seminar tsb. Sementara sekian dulu, sambil menantikan usulan-usulan lainnya. Saya juga percaya potensi dan energi anggota milis ini sungguh luarbiasa. Seingat saya, Ngurah Adnyana juga sudah disertakan dalam milis ini. Teman-teman anggota milis lp3b, saya melihat potensi yang demikian besar pada anggota milis ini. Saya ingin mendapatkan informasi dari Gede Wisnaya selaku ketua lp3b buleleng, apakah lp3b telah mempunyai agenda tahunan ? Kita tahu bersama, suatu organisasi perlu mempunyai program. Berdasarkan program yang ada, nanti kita bisa melakukan evaluasi, apakah target-target yang telah dicanangkan telah tercapai atau belum. Perlu kita sadari bersama, bahwa anggota milis ini mempunyai energi yang demikian besar. Bila lp3b mampu mengarahkannya dengan baik, sehingga muncul sinergi diantara kita, rasanya banyak hal yang bisa kita perbuat. Ambil contoh misalnya teman kita Ketut Tejawibawa, menurut pengamatan saya dia mempunyai keahlian bidang pengecoran. Bila kita ingin membangun pabrik pengecoran, rasanya dia siap tuh ! Tentu masih banyak teman-teman kita yang mempunyai kapasitas luar biasa, seperti Madalila, Astana, Suardana, dan sederet nama yang tidak perlu saya sebutkan satu persatu. Seperti himbauan dari Pak Sudarma, marilah kita bersama-sama saling mengisi, tak ubahnya main gamelan atau main ochestra.
