It is a very
interesting story. Talking about Class Action, of course we can do it. Our
beloved country is law-based country, isn't it? So we are entitled to file a
Class Action because our rights are guaranteed by our Constitution and our laws.
But, it is one thing, you have to bear in mind, my LP3B friends, that
law likes a spider web. It catches a fly and
it lets a hawk goes free.
You late paying your
electric bill, then, your electricity in your home will be cut off. When there
is no power, there is nothing you can do.
Bomb are exploding
everywhere , nobody claiming responsibility and another bomb just around the
corner,than is a 30 years old power plant. As I said before, if this project
goes ahead, Lovina will be history. Bye..Bye..Bye ... Lovina. There was a nice
beach, called Lovina in North of Bali and our children will read it from the
books.

The ocean wave in North Bali is very calm
in the early morning. When you go about 300 meters offshore to the north west
of Lovina/Pemaron beach at about 6.00 to 6.30 AM in the morning, that is
the best time for you to go for
seeing dolphin. The dolphin is usually swimming and jumping in a group of 6 to 10 every time it is passing your boat. So, why is it
considered to be one of the very interesting mammalia on earth ? Well,
it is an endangered species, and it eats algae instead of other fish, does not
it ? It is a very handsome
too.
On the other hand, fish, seabird, and
other underwater life in the coast of Spain have been in terrible disaster due to the split
ship, the �Prestige�. The EU
community was asking the giant company, Exxon, to pay about E$ 2 to E$4 Billions as a compensation
for this crude oil leaking from the Prestige. However, Exxon was willing to
pay only about US$ 40 Millions
for it. So, watch this issue.
This is an excellent example for a Class Action against an unfaithful MNC.
Could the small community in Lovina/Pemaron do the same class action when
there is an accident happening because of
a sloppy work from a state-owned company ?
On the meanwhile, the bushfires near Sydney,
Australia, broke up again yesterday. It is considered to
be the worse bushfire in a decade in Australia. Last year there was a bushfire
in Sydney already. Now in summer of the south part of the globe, the bushfire
was started again. Is not it because of the greenhouse effects of carbon
dioxide emissions from industry ?
Hence, how are about the 30-years old
power plant impacts on local coastal areas ?
