I really doubt on our man Pak Pitana. I knew him from newspaper as a man with his taft credibility, vocal in promoting Tri Hita Karana philosophy, a brave man with many experiences and so on and so on. But now, in case of PLTGU Pemaron, which is being his area to comment, he is totally in silence. What is happen Pak Pitana ? Are you affraid to be lost your position if you aginst this project. Which one is better, lost job/position or lost credibility.

I think you have studied a lot about this old and danger PLTGU, and maybe you have already learned well that the old PLTGU will suffer an environment, a tourism area and a life of dolphin. We will be punished by our grandchildren if we let this PLTGU installed in Pemaron. In future there will be no more a tourism area in Lovina, no more dolphin. And Pak Pitana at your "masa pensiun" will fully regret, can not talk anymore about Tri Hita Karana.

Pak Pitana, on behalf of dolphines, please do something to stop this project. You have power to do that. What lack from you is your brave. We will support you to find again your brave as you came to MORO in Philipine as an reporter of Jakarta-Jakarta. I remember your story. Please and Please Pak Pitana. We need your help. There is still time to cancel this danger PLTGU. Bali just hang on your effort.
Thank you.

Subject: [bali] please speak up!

Pak Pitana,
I have sent you several email, but so far I got no reply yet. You might be very pressed for time, so have you have no time to read or reply my Email. I recall when before you were appointed as the current position. You wrote many articles and I would say you are "outspoken", you said what you thought you had to say.Well, I am afraid it was.
The saga of PLTGU drags on.The Bupati, apparently forces it to go ahead without heeding wide protests from his own people. I fully understand your position right now. It happened to me once when I was making a living from people's money. But at that time, I siad what I thought I had to say, and that was why I never got a good position. I never regreted it. If I have a choice, I prefer to be poor rather than being a lackey.
So, please speak up, mate! It is time for you to speak up your conscience. Please call a spade a spade. Silence is no longer gold. Who knows, you can make the difference.
All of us in Buleleng, are looking forward to your reply.
Have a good time
Best regards,
Nyoman Suwela
