The Board requested the secretariat to open the call starting on 22 October 2007, 17:00 GMT. The Board also noted that new member, if possible, not come from the same region as the members that are in office. The Board encourages, however, candidates from all regions to apply. The deadline for applications is 20 November [EMAIL PROTECTED] GMT.
