terima kasih, -- Position is now available for a Health Program Field Manager. Basic job description: Manage a team of 15-20 nurses and 2 data entry staff. Manage mass blood screening and data collection in villages, quality assurance of work performed, and management and quality assurance of data entry. Reporting of field data and team performance is also required. Basic qualifications: Ph.D. or Master of Science of any of the health sciences/public health/ biology/parasitology. Desired qualifications: Management experience with private sector or NGO's with field work experience in rural and remote areas of Indonesia . Work experience with other NGO's. Extensive computer literacy is necessary, in particular Excel. Proficiency in English is desired.
