We have 2 positions open at this time: *Programmer* and *Web Developer*. The *Programmer* role is a more senior role requiring an experienced person with solid PHP, mySQL, and JavaScript skills. The Programmer will work customizing open source content management systems to meet specific client requirements. To be able to fill this position, you will need very good English language communication skills and strong organizational skills. You must be able to read and understand technical briefs and system design documents. You must have at least 5 years of relevant project experience with at least one year leading a team. This position carries with it responsibility for project completion and accuracy of compliance with project specifications. Pay for this position will reflect the level of responsibility and a good candidate will find solid job security with our firm, with the potential for a career in management. Successful candidate will earn between *7,000,000 – 10,000,000 per month (plus performance bonuses)*, depending on years of experience and the scope of responsibility you can assume. The *Web Developer *position is all about handling basic open source CMS configuration, design conversion, and integration of modules. You will be working mostly with the presentation layer of systems like Joomla and Drupal; this means you will need not only basic PHP but also very solid CSS skills. We are concerned with web standards, best practices, usability and accessibility. A good candidate for this position has at least 2 years relevant experience and a professional portfolio of project work. This is a fast-paced position and you will stay busy, though you will not need to worry about client contact, as the Web Developer always works with our graphic designers and team leader (project manager). This is a great position for someone with both programming skills and good design sense.
