Sejak kecil saya adalah penderita alergi debu, bila terkena debu
saya langsung bersin2 dan sesak nafas.
selain debu yg harus dihindari adalah kapuk, obat nyamuk
bakar/berbau menyengat, udara dingin, terlalu capek.
sangat dianjurkan u/ melakukan renang secara rutin agar tidak mudah
terserang sesak nafas.
Alhamdulillah sudah beberapa tahun ini saya tidak terserang sesak
nafas lagi, tapi kalau terkena debu dan udara dingin masih sering bersin2.
